Weird Tales-
Weird Tales Magazine began in March 1923. In 1924 Farnsworth Wright assumed editorship and under his direction it grew into the greatest fantasy magazine ever published. It was the first venue for many of the classical "greats" of the genre. Writers such as Robert Bloch, Seabury Quinn, H.P Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, C. L. Moore and Robert E. Howard (famous for his "Conan" stories) all contributed to Weird tales.
